  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Grease small oven-safe ramekins or a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Divide cherry tomatoes and feta cheese evenly into the ramekins.
  4. Crack one egg into each ramekin and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.
  6. Bake for about 10–12 minutes, until the egg whites are set and yolks are still slightly runny.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
